What Classes are you interested in?

Kids | Adult/Teen | Qigong

Your training at Spirit of the Heart will include Indonesian Martial Arts and Self-Defense.  You will dive into the physical training that is inherent in the martial arts and also the spiritual training that thrives in Indonesian Martial Arts.  You can expect all of the following when you enter Spirit of the Heart:

Physical Fitness

  • Coordination, Balance and Flexibility

Verbal Self-Defense

  • Confident Tone of Voice
  • Conflict Resolution
Physical Self-Defense

Inner Awareness

  • Breath and Meditation
  • Body Language
  • Energy Projection
